FireVapor.com ships to all U.S. Territories as well as select International locations. Our warehouses are located in Nevada & Florida. We ship six days a week. We ship Monday - Saturday, excluding Holidays. All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Saturday noon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, excluding postal Holidays.
All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order, and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer.
APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.
Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that some times tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedite service, errors and delays may occur. Mistakes and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Firevapor.com and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of FireVapor.com, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. FireVapor.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that inaccurate and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. FireVapor.com is not responsible for any costs with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
Firevapor.com strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service, this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items, and other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your request, Firevapor.com is no longer responsible for the delivery of and condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders Firevapor.com receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter, change, or cancel any order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
Please note that all prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. FireVapor.com is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
