What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service via email to email@example.com for more information on returning an incorrect or malfunctioning item. We do not cover manufacturer warranties and returns will be accepted at our discretion. The customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied by original receipt. Orders must be approved for RMA and must have tracking on return shipment. Items accepted for return cannot be refunded, only exchanged or issued store credit. Because of industry health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on batteries, e-liquid or coils. On accepted returns, we will charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. If an item is not working upon delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
